Add a new ContactStatus AMI event.
Publish the following status/state changes:
Created
Removed
Reachable
Unreachable
Unknown

Contact URI, new status/state, aor and endpoint names, and the
last qualify rtt result are included in the event.

ASTERISK-25114 #close
