Unset BRIDGEPEER when leaving a bridge

Currently if a channel is transferred out of a bridge, the BRIDGEPEER
variable (also BRIDGEPVTCALLID) remain set even once the channel is
out of the bridge. This patch removes these variables when leaving
the bridge.
